Every year 17-18lakh students attempt NEET, and the majority of them aspire for pursuing MBBS after NEET UG results. But the reality is, not everybody can qualify for MBBS in India or abroad. Likewise, it’s also not true that MBBS is the only future after qualifying for NEET.

The courses you can pursue after NEET are:

  • BDS
  • BHMS

  • BPT

Apart from the above-mentioned medical courses, there are a few fields that you can work on. For instance, a number of students study Nutrition Food Science and technology, and Pharmacy every year.

MBBS

The most desired medical course after NEET is MBBS. And as usual, anything desirable requires immense hard work and dedication.

For people who want to pursue MBBS from India have limited options, as the fee structure is high at private medical colleges. On the other side, getting into Indian government medical colleges is about extremely high competition.

BDS

Like MBBS, this is also a 5years of course along with the internship program. After qualifying for the NEET UG entrance exam, the candidate is able to apply for private and government medical colleges in India and abroad.

BHMS

BPT
