The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Chennai, has announced the Round 1 counselling schedule for MBBS & BDS admissions 2025-26 in Tamil Nadu. This includes Government and Management Quota seats, as well as NRI, Minority, and CMC Vellore seats.
- Registration & Choice Filling: 30 July 2025 (10:00 AM) to 4 August 2025 (5:00 PM)
Eligible Ranks:
Govt Quota: General Rank 001 to 39853 (NEET Marks 665 to 113)
Management Quota: General Rank 001 to 28279 (NEET Marks 641 to 113)
- Seat Allotment: 5 August 2025
- Result Publication: 6 August 2025
- Download Allotment Letter: 6 – 11 August (till noon)
- Last Date to Join: 11 August 2025 (5 PM)
Fees:
- Registration Fee: ₹500 (Govt Quota), ₹1000 (Management Quota)
- Security Deposit: ₹30,000 (only for Govt Quota seats in self-financing colleges)
Note: No security deposit for seats in Govt Medical/Dental Colleges.
