Our Founder, Mr. Basiruddin Shaikh, is one such leader who is still true to his roots & the cause he started from. Hailing from the humble origins of Plassey, I was born to a regular family. In his early days. Healthcare in his part of the world was always a challenge, which was characterized by a low doctor-to-patient ratio. However, the opportunities for students to pursue their Medical careers were bleak to nil. What started as a realization was soon converted into a possibility. He slowly created a function where he not only recognised, but also counselled & supported students in their journey to pursue medical studies in India as well as abroad.
Thus, Pice Educare was born - an idea born out of the dire need to address this gap & an unparalleled determination to make it a success. Even after 16 years of successfully running this Brand, placing countless students across the Globe & fulfilling thousands of parents’ dreams, Basir Sir (as we fondly call him) continues to work, as if it were his first student going abroad.
Not by a flashy business leader, but as an authoritative guardian; not as a mean-machine Boss but as an empathetic leader - his aura is just unmissable. Education in India stands at the crossroads of progress & intent - and what would take it ahead is a careful mix of both.
