Pice Celebrates its People - Pice All Hands Meet, May 2026

Pice Educare hosted its first-ever Pice All Hands Meet in May 2026 at Raa Bistro, Kolkata, celebrating employee achievements, team milestones, leadership insights, and organizational growth.

It was a hot, sweltering afternoon in Kolkata, but nothing that could dampen the excitement of the Pice Educare Team. The whole team wrapped up their work early & were heading towards their destination for the evening - Raa Bistro. It was the debut evening of the Pice Educare monthly Townhall, or as we named it, Pice All Hands Meet. An effort which was to discuss the performance, growth trajectory, important announcements of the organisation - but more than that, an effort to recognise, acknowledge & reward the people of Pice, who made a difference.

The evening started with the jovial introduction to the ‘Pice All Hands Meet’ by me, Dev Mitra Roy, Brand Manager for Pice Educare. This was followed by a very insightful & encouraging speech by our VP Sales - Sourav Kumar Gorai. He, in a nutshell, encapsulated the monthly performance, the milestones reached & the upcoming season’s plan. After that, we had a brief run on the Brand & Marketing Initiatives by Amiya Sarkar, our Marketing Head. He enlisted the new Brand Initiatives, the Marketing & Digital Milestones & the upcoming plans for the month.

After that, our very enigmatic emcee of the evening, Yashashree Ghosal, alongside me, presented the much-awaited & the highlight of the evening - the ‘People of Pice Awards’ - awarded for all the major functions in the office, viz. Sales & Academic Counseling, Brand & Marketing, Office Management & Operations. The awardees are:

After this exhilarating session, our Founder & Managing Director, Basiruddin Shaikh Sir, delivered the overall outlook on the numbers, the activities done & his expectations on the upcoming season. His speech was not only invigorating but also inspiring & motivating. His vision and expectations were quite aptly expressed through his speech & did wonders in positively motivating the team. With rounds of good food & beverages, and a cake cutting ceremony thereafter, added extra points to this already happy event. Finally, Haider Ali, our Mentoring Partner, concluded the event with his tanking speech & closing remarks. Initiatives like this are the heart & soul of any organisation & its team - it not only reinstates the faith of the team in the organisation, but also provides a very positive competitive feeling within the Team.
